COOL PRO

CoolPro - AF - Air cooled aftercooler

Air flow 0,6 - 20 m³/min.

The CoolPro - AF aftercoolers employ ambient air to chill the output air at the compressor, resulting in an output temperature only 10°C higher than ambient. This cooling creates condensation of up to 80% of the moisture in the compressed air, which can be separated using an AS/MS centrifugal condensate separator mounted at the aftercooler output.
The AF air aftercoolers consist of a heat exchanger with a finned coil cooled by a high-efficiency axial fan installed on a galvanized and painted sheet construction.

Benefits:

  1. Robust design appropriate for heavy-duty industrial operating environments.

  2. Suitable for any purpose or application.

  3. Matching condensate separators.

  4. Excellent quality.

Technical Specifications:

  1. Exchange the coil with copper pipes and aluminum fins.

  2. High efficiency, permanently lubricated, low noise fan.

  3. Galvanized and painted sheet structure

  4. Protection grids;

  5. The centrifugal condensate separator is provided, and the electric power supply is 230V ± 10%/1Ph/50 Hz (AF007-013) or 400V ± 10%/3Ph/50 Hz (AF025-201).

  6. Maximum operating pressure is 16 bar (g).

  7. The maximum compressed air input temperature is 200 degrees Celsius.

Accessories & Kits:

  1. High operating pressure: 40 bar (g) with coupled condensate drains.

COOL PRO

CoolPro - WE/WF - Water cooled aftercooler

Air flow 1,5 - 640 m³/min.

CoolPro - WE/WF series final water coolers enable for efficient and cost-effective compressed air purification by cooling the air at the compressor outlet to only 10°C higher than the inlet water temperature. This cooling creates condensation of up to 80% of the moisture in compressed air, which can be separated using an AS/MS centrifugal condensate separator mounted at the cooler's outlet.
The WE/WF final coolers are made up of a shell and tube exchanger that is cooled in perfect countercurrent by a flowing cooling water.

Benefits:

  1. Robust design appropriate for the harsh circumstances of common industrial tasks;

  2. Helical exchanger pipes provide greatest heat exchange efficiency while minimizing pressure loss;

  3. Heat exchange in perfect countercurrent.

  4. Suitable for any purpose or application.

  5. Combined condensate separators.

  6. Flanges from WF225 to WF6400 and nipples from WF015 to WF165 are provided.

Technical Specifications:

  1. Copper helical exchanger pipes

  2. carbon steel vessel with primer paint and water-soluble acrylic varnish

  3. centrifugal condensate separator.

  4. The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar(g) (WF015-1030) and 10 bar(g) (WF1250-6400)

  5. Maximum compressed air inlet temperature of 200°C.

Accessories & Kits:

  1. Version of vertical installation;

  2. Tube and shell are either fixed or detachable.

  3. Version with copper pipes and a coating of carbon steel for common applications;

  4. Version with pipes and layers of stainless steel for applications with harsh cooling gas and water;

  5. Version with stainless steel pipes and a coating of carbon steel for applications with hostile gases;

  6. Version for high working pressure: 40 bar(g) or more (special);

  7. Version with pipes and coating in copper-nickel for usage in the marine environment.

  8. Condensate drains are timed/capacitive.
