pH Sensor
A pH measurement loop is made up of three components, the pH sensor, which includes a measuring electrode, a reference electrode, and a temperature sensor; a preamplifier; and an analyser or transmitter.
A pH measurement loop is essentially a battery with a positive measuring electrode and a negative reference electrode.
Feature
Especially strong industrial electrodes for the most demanding applications.
Suitable for operations with significant pollutant and hazardous loads, including oil-containing media, and pressures up to 13 bar.
Operating temperatures up to 135 °C.
Extensive PTFE ring or pinhole diaphragm
Application
Chemical industry requires high process pressures of up to 13 bar, a temperature range of up to 135 °C, and a pH range of 0 to 14.
Industrial wastewater engineering:Process wastewater, wastewater with severely polluted media (oil content, electrode poisons).
