Gas compressor skid packages that are compact, low noise, and excellent performance are ideal for a variety of applications. Gas separation devices can be integrated into gas compression skid kits. Delivered as an entire, ready-to-use block module.

Gas compressor skid packages are designed to tackle critical difficulties in the compression of natural and related petroleum gas for further injection and use. Aegis Projects Technology Pvt Ltd compressor skid packages can also be utilized for other petroleum gas-related applications, such as fuel gas treatment for gas turbine power plants or boiler facilities. The skid compressor plant is delivered as a complete, factory-assembled, ready-to-use block module that includes a suite of monitoring and control systems, fire and gas alarms, and public address systems. The gas compression skid package can be equipped with gas separation equipment to separate (concentrate) different gas mixes, such as hydrogen and hydrocarbons.

Compressor inlet gas purification and treatment system.

  3. Outdoor lighting with IP54 or higher LED luminaires;

  4. System for explosion protection of process equipment by applying overpressure inside the containerised module (optional)

Ease of Use

  1. The containerised modules' design allows for easy plant maintenance access (fitted with a swing gate and adequately broad corridors).

  2. Compressor plants are designed with the goal of requiring as little human intervention as possible during operation. No permanent staffing is required.

  3. The equipment requires minimal maintenance (standard maintenance as advised by the core process equipment manufacturers).
