Thermocouple
The thermocouples are suitable for measuring a large temperature ranges.

Temperature range: Thermocouples can serve the majority of feasible temperature ranges, including cryogenics and jet engine exhaust. A thermocouple, depending on the metal wires used, may measure temperatures ranging from -200°C to +2500°C.
Robust: Thermocouples are stress and vibration resistant and suited for usage in hazardous settings.
Rapid response: Because thermocouples are tiny and have minimal thermal capacity, they react quickly to temperature changes, especially if the sensing junction is exposed. They can react to rapidly changing temperatures in a few hundred milliseconds.
Heating: Because thermocouples do not require any excitation power, they are not susceptible to self-heating and are naturally safe.
