Temperature measurement and control. Temperature is a critical process variable in numerous industries. Temperatures must be measured and analysed for a variety of manufacturing operations. Applications range from building management measures to industrial furnace construction temperatures of up to 1600 °C. Because there are so many diverse applications running, thermal and mechanical requirements for temperature sensors have changed significantly over the years. Our instruments can be customised to perform specific measuring jobs using a variety of protection sleeves, materials, connecting heads, cables, and connections. This allows for dependable results to be produced even under strong vibrations, as well as in situations with pressure, steam, or abrasive material.Higher resolution from the new CPU enables even more reliable measuring results. This permits the temperature to be measured with an accuracy of 0.1 °C.
